Kochi: While lovers scurried around in the city for the most romantic locations to spent time with their beloved on Valentine's Day, a group of male students were busy giving a carnivalesque hue to the day dedicated for true love.

Basking in romance and revelry, the students of the Government Law College took out a procession, in which a lot of men cross-dressed to fit the role of female sweethearts.

The merrymakers barged into the all-women St Teresa's College - an otherwise prohibited area for them – although the security guard tried his best to stop them from entering the campus.

While the teachers of the women’s college were caught unawares by the unexpected 'attack', the Theresians seemed nonchalant. Some even booed back at the men struck by Cupid’s arrows. Apparently, the Romeos left the campus only after promising to come back next year with more vigor.
