'Rail Hoons' strikes again, graffiti spotted on Dhanbad-Alappuzha Express

Palakkad: Graffiti, purportedly painted by international gang Rail Hoons, have been spotted on a train stationed in Kerala, yet again.

The paintings were found on two bogies of Dhanbad-Alappuzha Express. The bogies were examined at Shoranur railway station.

Rail Hoons is infamous for displaying their creativity in public places.

Earlier, similar graffiti were spotted on bogies of trains stationed at Tiruchirappally and Shornur stations.

The graffiti, defacing three coaches of an accident relief vehicle stationed at Shoranur railway station, was found Tuesday night. The paintings featured the name of the gang and its abbreviation RHS. Similar graffiti were found in on a train in Tiruchirappally in Tamil Nadu on August 11.

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has registered a case against unknown persons on charges of destruction of public properties after the Shoranur incident. Graffiti damage by 'Rail Hoons' on public properties and vehicles are common abroad.
