Malappuram: Remains of an unidentified dead body were found inside five sacks abandoned at Kizhissery here on Saturday.
It is assumed that the body parts are months-old.
The sacks were found by a pedestrian at an isolated place at Unnyal, Pullanchery near Kizhissery. The man informed the police about the incident.
The police have initiated a probe into the matter. It is being probed whether any person had gone missing from the area.
