Palakkad: A Tamil woman and her two minor daughters were found dead in a pond in a private property at Moolathara near Chittur here on Monday.
The deceased have been identified as Kavitha (29), wife of Krishnamurthy of Perunthura near Erode, Kavya (9) and Dhanya (7). The bodies were shifted to Chittur taluk hospital by the police.
Krishnamurthy has been working as a toddy tapper at Moolathara for the last two years. Police said Kavitha and the children had arrived at Moolathara only the other day.
