Menstrual hygiene: Why 50% Indian women still use cloth

An analysis of the National Family Health Survey (NFHS) for 2019-21 by IndiaStat has revealed some surprising statistics- 50% of women aged between 15 and 24 years still use cloth for menstrual protection.
