Kalidas Jayaram & family have a fun trip to Solang Valley

Kalidas Jayaram became a household name in Kerala even when he was just a child artiste in Mollywood. The little boy bagged a National Award for his very second film ‘Ente Veedu Appuvinteyum’. That was in 2003. And in 2018, the young star made his debut in Mollywood as a hero with ‘Poomaram’. With a handful of movies to his name, Kalidas is a busy actor these days.

However, he has taken time off his busy schedule to head to Solang Valley near Manali in Himachal Pradesh with his family. His father and actor Jayaram, mother Parvathy and sister Malavika all seem to be having a wonderful time in the resort town.

The pictures of the trip were shared by Kalidas, Malavika and Parvathy on their Instagram profiles.

Apart from the breath-taking beauty, another attractive feature of the region is the tea. You would be probably ordering a second cup as soon as you are done with the first.

Adventurous too

This place is known for adventure spots such as paragliding, skating, and zorbing. You can take your pick depending on the season.

There are skiing training centres and agencies, providing equipment, that only open during the winter.

During the summer month of May as the snow melts, the fun activity of zorbing becomes the sought-after sport instead of skiing.

Visitors can also go for horse-riding, paragliding and parachuting.
