As news of the terrorist attacks broke in November 2008, Ratan Tata's priority was to ensure the safety of the guests and employees trapped inside the Taj Hotel. Amidst the chaos, he worked closely with hotel staff, authorities, and emergency responders to coordinate rescue efforts.
