Dr Tim Tiutan of the World Health Organisation (WHO) recently explained this on its official page.
The first mistake is eating too many highly processed foods rich in sugars, salts and unhealthy fats.
This increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, a leading cause of death, worldwide.
The second is not eating enough fibre (fruits, vegetables, nuts) to protect the body against chronic diseases.
The third is bouncing between extreme diets that don't last. Build small, consistent habits instead.
The fourth is not realising that what your body needs today shapes your body tomorrow.
