Actress Shalu Kurian has got engaged to Melvin Philip at St Thomas Church in Kottayam on Sunday.
The ring exchange ceremony was followed by reception with the presence of many celebs.
The groom Melvin works as a PR manager at a hotel in Kochi. Earlier, Shalu had revealed through a Facebook live video that her marriage ceremony will be on May 17.
Shalu has in a few Malayalam movies, including Jubilee, Kabadi Kabadi, Kappal Muthalali, Nanthuni.
She has also acted in various TV serials including Indira, Sarayu, Kalyani Kalavani. But it was the role of Varsha from the serial Chandamazha that gave her a big break.
