South Indian actress Amala Paul is on cloud nine after experiencing sheer bliss after succeeding in doing a tough yoga pose.
Posting a video of her yoga exercise in a park, Amala wrote on her successful attempt of the sirsasana (headstand) pose.
"I have been struggling hard in achieving sirsasana (headstand) as my upper body is weaker compared to the lower," Amala wrote, "I was able to do it with the help of my teachers or with support of the wall, but I realised that without getting out of my comfort zone I am never going to achieve this pose."
When she started practising on her own, she fell every time. So she decided to try it outside and 'surrendered' herself in the lap of nature. And she was able to do the asana beautifully without any struggle.
"I felt a flow in my body, a moment of stillness in my mind, being alive and in one with my breathe and nature. I stood there not on my feet but on my head for I don't remember how long and when I came back on my feet," Amala wrote about her experience.
"I had tears in my eyes, true joy of ecstasy and I jumped around in the park like a child," Amala concluded her post.
