Short film 'Undo' is a small pack of cinematic brilliance

Lead actor Bhuvan Arora (R) showcases a brilliant performance.

No match is over until the last ball is bowled and there is no undo key in real life. These are the messages very effectively conveyed through the short film 'Undo' scripted and directed by Visakh Menikot.

The story revolves around a young and ambitious IT professional who sometimes unwinds himself in pubs. One day he is enticed by a beautiful girl into a bout of wayward joys. He later gets suspicious about his health condition and subjects himself to medical tests and what follows is the theme of the short.

The narrative meanders in an engaging fashion that it keeps you hooked till the climax. The suspense quite absorbs you for the whole 13.43 minutes.

Meticulous performance by the lead actor Bhuvan Arora, amazing visuals captured by cinematographer Satheesh Kurup, magnificent sound design by Vipul Pol, Ankit Thapa and Shaiju Unity, seamless digital work by Sooraj ES and brilliant editing by Viji Abraham roll the whole creative ensemble into a marvellous piece of visual art.

The background score by Anil Johnson also deserves a special mention as it elevates the ambiance and mood of the short movie.

Acting by Jijoy Pulikal Rajagopalan, Fa Rrah, Kritika Pande and Naina Sareen are also commendable.
