Mohanlal-Priyadarshan duo's upcoming movie Oppam has started rolling on Saturday. The actor himself took to Twitter to share the news.
Oppam is a highly ambitious project for Priyadarshan, who is going through a low phase in his career. Mohanlal-Priyadarshan team's last outing Geethanjali was a huge failure.

With this movie, actress Vimala Raman is making a comeback into Malayalam movie industry, after a long gap of eight years. Reportedly, Mohanlal is playing a blind man in the movie, which is said to be an out-and-out crime thriller.
Oppam will also have Soodhu Kavvum fame Sanchita Shetty in a pivotal role.
The movie is written by newcomer Govind while Priyan himself has taken over the scripting duties. Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas, Oppam will have Ooty and Kochi as its main locations.
