State finance minister T M Thomas Isaac on Friday presented the budget for 2018-19 fiscal. The budget, that comes amid a crisis situation, was hailed as pro-woman and diaspora.
Coming in the wake of the Cyclone Ockhi, the budget has proposed a package worth Rs 2000 crore for coastal areas.
