Comparisons with others make Keralites unhappy: Jagadish

Popular actor Jagadish felt that it's the irrepressible longing for a high quality life that is at the root of Keralites' satisfaction as well as the lack of it.

“Happiness of a Keralite is linked to his situations,” the thespian told Manorama News in the backdrop of the upcoming Manorama News Conclave 2017 on Happiness

“Comparisons bring sadness in the lives of Malayalis. People lose satisfaction and happiness if a neighbor is a little bit ahead. But the same Malayali finds happiness in trifles and celebrations,” Jagadish added. “Family is a Keralite's greatest dream.”

Jagadish also pointed out that Keralites need to be complimented for their capacity to adjust to any situation.
