Meanwhile, Dileep moved the Kerala High Court for bail again as the police were likely to submit a charge sheet with him as second accused.

Investigators moved to ready the charge sheet as they have reportedly obtained scientific evidence of the conspiracy hatched by the accused. Dileep will become the second accused as he allegedly assigned a 'quotation' to Suni to carry out the crime and was part of the conspiracy.

The young actress was waylaid and attacked in a moving car in Kochi on February 17. The police had arrested Suni, six days after the crime. The heinous attack had put Mollywood under the scanner with many of its personalities being quizzed by the police.
