Pope Francis has appointed Buxar Diocese bishop Sebastian Kallupura as affiliated co-adjutor metropolitan of Patna Archdiocese.
The Pope has also accepted the resignation of A Jude Gerald Paulraj who was the Palayamkottai bishop. Maduarai archbiship Antony Pappuswami has been given charge as apostolic administrator of Palayamkottai Archdiocese.
