Kannur: Two people were injured after a truck carrying cases of beer overturned on Peravoor-Mananthavady-Nedumpuram Churam road Wednesday morning.
Driver Rangappa, 38, and cleaner Narayani, 20, who sustained injuries have been hospitalized. The truck carrying 25,000 bottles of beer was on its way to Kasaragod Bevco depot from Karnataka.
Fire force from Peravoor doused the blaze caused by the accident.
