Most effective cardiac workout according to doctor

Well-known US-based cardiac surgeon Dr Jeremy E London recently revealed the best workout that improves cardiovascular efficiency.

According to him, the highest level of efficiency was achieved during aerobic workouts, as per the VO2 max indicator that measures how well the body uses oxygen during workouts.
