In a conversation with a national news platform, Sarfaraz revealed that the transformation required a lot of dietary restrictions.
Sarfaraz stopped having anything 'bakery-related,' like sugar, roti, rice and flour.
His meals now consist of grilled fish, chicken, boiled eggs, fresh salads, broccoli, cucumber, and avocados.
He also said no to beverages other than green tea and green coffee, said Sarfaraz. Most importantly, he gave up biryani!
