Kerala's Attukal Pongala festival will be held on March 3.
From February 23 to March 4, when rituals will be held, medical teams will function in Attukal.
There will be 10 ambulances and bike responder teams.
For boys participating in the 'kuthiyottam' ritual, a paediatrician's service has been arranged.
Around 12 heat clinics will be set up to help devotees.
The TVM corporation has deployed 2,610 sanitation workers to remove waste.
Mobile toilets have also been arranged for women.
