Andhra Pradesh's Tourism Minister recently announced the rollout of an AI platform.
The state's NiVU AI platform aims to enhance visitor experiences at tourist destinations.
NiVU AI services will be introduced at more than 100 tourist destinations.
Tourists can access information about heritage sites, forts, beaches and caves by scanning a QR code on the platform.
It also enables AI-powered conversations in more than 130 languages, via voice or text, without downloading an application.
The service will be available free of cost and will offer visitors information about tourist destinations in their preferred language.
It will initially be rolled out at 30 major tourist destinations in the first year.
It will then be expanded across Andhra Pradesh within three years.
