Alappuzha: Four people were killed at Mulakuzha in Chengannur on Wednesday when a KSRTC bus rammed the mini lorry on which they were travelling.
The deceased are Alappuzha natives Sajeev, Babu, Azad and K Babu. Locals and police managed to extricate the four occupants from the mangled mini lorry. Three of them died on the spot, while Babu succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The accident took place at 6 am when the Pathanamthitta-bound KSRTC bus collied with the mini lorry en route to Chengannur.
