Karwaan trailer review: an adventurous ride

Mollywood heartthrob Dulquer Salmaan is all set for his Bollywood debut and Karwaan seems to be a perfect opening for him.

The trailer of the movie starring Dulquer, Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar has been released online on Tuesday which seems to be jolly good ride.

This film, directed by Akarsh Khurana and produced by Ronnie Screwvala is based on a road trip which traces the story of two unlikely friends along with a girl.

The over 2-minutes video introduces Dulquer Salmaan as Avinash who is on his way to find the body of his father. Also joins him Irrfan Khan and Mithila.

While Irrfan carries his lively persona in the trailer very well, Dulquer looks as an innocent young boy and Mithila charms us with her subtle dialogues. The trio makes the trailer a promising one. With a positive vibe, the cinematography and Kerala locales gives a colourful feel to the film. The highlight of the trailer is the background music which says 'Pani Kitty' meaning screwed in Malayalam.

The tagline, '3 lost souls, 2 dead bodies...a journey of a lifetime' also seems to be interesting.

The movie is slated to relase on August 3, 2018.
