The video shows anchor Lakshmi Nakshatra gently holding his hand and assisting him onto the stage, as Ullas appeared to struggle with walking.

During the event, Ullas addressed the audience and revealed that he had suffered a stroke and is currently in the recovery phase. Only their close friends and relatives took part in the intimate wedding. The audience knew about his remarriage only when the wedding pictures became viral on the social media. However, Ullas had drawn flak for getting married soon after the death of his first wife.
