Actor Vinayakan, who was injured during the shooting of 'Aadu 3', has been advised complete rest for six weeks by doctors.
The injury occurred while filming action sequences in Thodupuzha, during which the actor sustained muscle damage. Speaking to Manorama News, Vinayakan said he suffered injuries to his neck along with nerve damage.

“It was fortunate that the nerve damage was detected early. Had it been diagnosed later, it could have resulted in complete paralysis. The muscles in my neck and shoulder have been damaged,” Vinayakan said.

The accident took place on Saturday during the filming of stunt sequences involving a jeep. After experiencing physical discomfort, the actor sought treatment at a private hospital in Kochi. Subsequent MRI scans revealed serious damage to the nerves and muscles sustained during the shoot.

'Aadu 3', which will once again see Jayasurya reprise his popular role as Shaji Pappan, is being directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas. The film is being mounted on a grand scale as a time travel film, and the director has earlier indicated that it will be a fantasy epic.
