Kerala state award winner Dulquer Salmaan has one more reason to smile. The 'Charlie' star has become the first Malayalam actor to have crossed four million followers on Facebook.

The young actor, who began using his Facebook page since September 2012, has overtaken Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in terms of FB followers but still lags behind his Bangalore Days co-star Nazriya Nazim.

DQ seems to have become a darling of the social media with 5.7 lakh followers on Google Plus, about 3.5 lakh followers on both Instagram and Twitter and 33,922 subscribers on YouTube.
With this, Dulquer tops the list of Malayalam actors, who have a massive support on the social media platforms.
