The elevation per se and all the rooms have been designed to complement nature’s magnificent view. The forest-green paint on the exterior is in complete harmony with the green all around. The claddings sourced from Bengaluru grace several parts of the exterior walls to give the structure a high look.
Done up in modern-contemporary style, the 3,800 sq ft house stands on 30 cents of land. While the front elevation is modern, a view from the sides gives it a contemporary simplicity and elegance. The sprawling garden has been well set and laid with natural stone with nature’s green spread in between.
The house has a sit-out, a formal-family living, a dining room and five bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a hep kitchen. The custom-made furniture set against white-themed vitrified floor tiles spells taste. To bring in some contrast, a part of the living room has been done up in wooden floor tiling. The blinds have been designed to go with the themes of the interiors.
The living-dining sections come in a semi-open style. Veneer plywood panels that are finished in wood make up the ceiling here. The dining table, a combination of wood and class goes well with the dining décor. The staircase railing is a mix of wood and glass. One side of the staircase painted in forest green gives the wall space a different feel.
Two bedrooms down and three up are tastefully designed. They are roomy and airy. The fold ceilings inside made of marine ply and gypsum veneer add to the rich feel of the insides.
The maroon and white themed kitchen looks very stylish and the breakfast counter is an added convenience. The kitchen has been designed in such a way that it allows a grand and splendid view of the luxurious natural outside. The same view can be had on a much wider scale from the balcony upstairs.
