Vehicles from Kottarakkara toward Thiruvananthapuram should turn left at Ambalamukku and proceed to Pirappancode via the Outer Ring Road. KSRTC buses heading to Thiruvananthapuram should reach Venjaramoodu through MC Road, turn left into the Outer Ring Road via Nagarukuzhi, and continue through Pirappancode.
