Whether it’s love, friendship, or kinship, it’s natural to feel that life has lost its rhythm and the world has come to a standstill when a relationship breaks down. But what if we could view such moments of rupture through a meditative lens? And what if, with time, those very experiences lead us to brighter realisations about life itself?

These questions and reflections will be explored in the Reflection Workshop at Manorama Hortus, held at Subhash Park, Kochi.

Led by writer and cultural activist Arundhathi Ghosh, the workshop invites participants to turn their personal experiences into insights through creative activities — such as writing a letter to oneself or an open note to a friend.

Hortus, the art and cultural festival, will be held from November 27 to 30. The Reflection Workshop will take place on November 28 and 29 from 11 am to 2 pm.
