Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan is the latest to fall prey to moral policing on social media. The Baroda all-rounder was trolled for supposedly having defied the traditions of Islam after sharing a photo with wife Safa Baig.
Irfan posted the photo on Instagram and Facebook with the caption, "This girl is trouble #love #wifey". He was criticized for his wife's dress sense and nail polish.
Irfan married Safa, a model from Jeddah, last year and the couple have a son.
Last year, Indian pacer Mohammed Shami was trolled on social media over his wife's dress in an FB Post.
