Team India skipper Virat Kohli, who is known for his fitness and fashion sense, recently got his beard insured, according to fellow cricketer KL Rahul's tweet.
He shared a video with the caption: “Haha, I knew you were obsessed with your beard @imVkohli but this news of you getting your beard insured confirms my theory.”
Kohli’s love for the beard is a well-known story as he had said earlier refused to shave off his beard in response to teammate Ravindra Jadeja’s #breakingthebeard challenge.
The footage grabbed a video of Kohli sitting on a sofa with two men clicking pictures of his beard. After clicking some pictures, the gentlemen present in the room made Kohli sign on a paper.
Earlier, Kohli's wax statue was unveiled at the Madame Tussauds museum in New Delhi on Wednesday.
