Kerala Blasters and Gokulam Kerala are the two clubs from Kerala competing in the Super Cup.

Kerala Blasters were drawn into Group D alongside Mumbai City FC, Hyderabad FC and Rajasthan United FC in the season-opening Super Cup to be held in Goa next month.

The Super Cup, featuring teams from the Indian Super League (ISL) and the I-League, is the main domestic club competition in Indian men's football.

Kozhikode-based I-League side Gokulam Kerala is the second Kerala club in the competition. Gokulam are drawn into Group C with Bengaluru FC, Mohammedan Sporting and Punjab FC.

With the ISL season yet to begin due to a standoff between the All India Football Federation and its commercial partner, Football Sports Development Limited of Reliance, the Super Cup will be the first event that offers a platform for the players to gain match fitness.
