The sixth edition of Kerala's global art carnival, Kochi Muziris Biennale, goes on floors today in Fort Kochi. The event, which has the theme 'For The Time Being' for this edition, will have around 22 venues this time across Kochi and will showcase works of 66 artists from across the world. Renowned artist Nikhil Chopra is the curator of this edition, and the event will run for about 110 days, till March 31, 2026. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the event at the Parade Ground in Fort Kochi at 6 pm. Exhibitions will begin on Sunday, December 14.

How to reach the main venue
1) The Aspinwall area, the main venue, is about 12 km from Ernakulam Town. Many buses, taxis and autos ply to this area from Ernakulam Town. 
2) You can also consider taking a Water Metro or Ferry from High Court Junction to Fort Kochi or Mattancherry
