This girl rode from Kerala to Himalayas in a 110 cc scooter

A ride up the Khardung La pass is every bikers dream. The view of the snow-capped hills lures them despite the challenges. An adventurous ride through the Khardung La pass which is one of the most dangerous paths is a favorite of all adventure seekers. Joining the long list of successful rides is Anjali Manohar - and what makes her stand apart is the fact that she rode all the way in her 110 cc scooter. 

Anjali who hails from Payippadu Manayathussery Puthenveetil is a final year student of Naval Architecture Ship Building Technology at CUSAT. She is the only woman in a class of 40. Anjali set out for the Himalayan adventure as part of the Himalayan Heights season 3 conducted by TVS. She was selected into the final 12 after undergoing many challenges and she was the only contestant from Kerala.

The adventure started from Mandi at Himachal Pradesh and ended after traveling around 970 kilometers. Anjali always had an unending love for travel and adventure even when she decided to join a course where women don’t venture much. Her father M.B. Manoharan who is a police officer, mother Sheeja and brother Adithyan support her adventurous quests.
