You won’t be allowed to board airplanes if these items are found in baggage

The Airports Authority of India recently published guidelines about the kind of things passengers can carry in their baggage and a list of banned items too. However, the truth is that no one really goes through these guidelines before packing some of the banned items in their baggage.

If such banned items are detected in the baggage, the passengers can be restricted from boarding planes. Here is a list of items that shouldn’t be carried in your airplane baggage.

Liquid aerosols/ gel/ paste would be allowed as per special guidelines. Each item shouldn’t be more than 100 ml. Prescription medicines/ inhalers and baby food have been avoided from this list. However, these should be stored in transparent plastic bags.
