Thiruvananthapuram: A new system has been launched to improve communication between passengers and the KSRTC. Mobile numbers of KSRTC’s station offices in all districts have been released for the public. KSRTC introduced mobile phones after the transport minister suggested that the current land phones were inefficient. Passengers could dial these numbers to clear doubts, book tickets, know bus timings, enquire about transportation facilities and also contact during an emergency.
