Prominent wrestlers, including Vinesh, Bajrang and Sakshi Malik, are protesting at Delhi's Jantar Mantar since April 23, accusing the BJP MP from Kaiserganj in Uttar Pradesh of sexual exploitation.
The leaders of khap panchayats met in Rohtak on a day when a "major decision" was anticipated but after hours of deliberations, the came out with the decision to move to the Parliament.
The wrestlers have set Sunday as the deadline for the khap mahapanchayat to decide on taking the agitation forward.
One protesting wrestler said hat the BJP-led Central Government must listen to the people and their concerns, "keeping their egos aside" or else it will keep losing.

The development comes at a time when several wrestlers are protesting at Jantar Mantar demanding the sacking and arrest of WFI president and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh over charges of sexual harassment of women grapplers.
The grapplers called it a 'black day' as their agitation entered the 18th day.
The protesting wrestlers also said that they will oppose holding of competitions if Brij Bhushan is involved in their organisation.
The court directed the police to file the report by Friday when it will further hear the matter.
