Uma Krishnan, the mother of actress Trisha, has strongly denied rumours suggesting that her daughter plans to end her successful 20-year film career to enter politics. In an interaction with Manorama News, she clarified, "Trisha is not entering politics. She will continue in cinema. All other reports are baseless."
