'Hridayapoorvam' team shares emotional moments with Sreenivasan. See BTS video

Aashirvad Cinemas has dedicated a BTS video from the sets of 'Hridayapoorvam,' paying tribute to the the late actor-screenwriter Sreenivasan who passed away recently. The video features heartwarming moments when Sreenivasan visited the sets of Hridayapoorvam directed by Sathyan Anthikad, starring Mohanlal in the lead role. The makers of the superhit movie have expressed their love and respect to the legendary artist, who passed away recently, by treating the audience to some beautiful moments from the sets.

In the video, Anoop Sathyan is seen gently leading Sreenivasan to the set, holding his hand, as the veteran actor is accompanied by his wife, Vimala. Anoop is heard instructing his associates to inform his father that Sreenivasan has arrived. Sathyan Anthikad warmly welcomes his dear friend in a jovial manner, saying, ‘Vango Ayya, vango’ (Please come, sir).

Sreenivasan then asks Sathyan about his other son, Akhil, to which the filmmaker replies that he is in Chennai. Soon after, Mohanlal joins the gathering. He is seen affectionately holding Sreenivasan’s hands while speaking to him. Mohanlal then briefly steps away, saying he will return after completing a shot. True to his word, the superstar rejoins the group after filming, continuing the cheerful banter.

At one point, Sathyan jokingly remarks to Mohanlal that visiting the sets might make Sreenivasan feel the urge to direct a film again. Mohanlal responds with a smile, quipping, “He wishes to indirectly direct.”

Sathyan also reminisced about the time Sreenivasan first came to Anthikad in a taxi. As they escort Sreenivasan to his car, the trio are heard reciting a famous dialogue from the superhit film Nadodikattu. Holding hands, they visibly display the depth of their bond and decades-long friendship. Actors Lalu Alex and Malavika Mohanan were also present on the sets and are seen exchanging warm pleasantries with Sreenivasan. Before leaving, he poses for photographs with the actors and crew members.

The team of Hridayapoorvam concludes the video with a heartfelt tribute: “For the actor who spreads smiles and the writer who inspires thought.” The clip has deeply moved fans, with one commenting that it fills the eyes with tears while warming the heart.
