When Sudheer and Ragi opened the door of their brand new flat a day before the house warming ceremony, they were stunned. Their new abode had plenty of little surprises in store for them. The team of designers who did the flat wished to surprise their clients. They designed the interiors of this chic flat after understanding the preferences of the doctor couple. The apartment is designed in a way that requires only minimal maintenance to keep it clean.
Family and dining
The backlit mirror on the wall makes the relatively small family and dining areas appear large. The sofa and the centre table are in a pleasant olive green hue. The living room is done in an earthly brown colour while the family living area reflects the beautiful nature. The closed kitchen was converted into an open kitchen and this made the family, dining areas and the kitchen become arranged in a unique singular pattern.
Living room
The earthly brown colour adds to the elegance of this space. The image of the meditating Buddha handcrafted in fibre which adorns the wall here is one of the surprises that the design team has arranged for the family. The study table in the piano design is made with multi wood, and there is a special arrangement here for the house owner, who is a doctor, to check the X-ray sheets. Beautiful designs appear on the trendy upholstery when fingers are drawn over the sofa.
Dining room
The dining table easily accommodates six people; however, it can be transformed into an eight seater as well. As per the demand of Ragi, the CNC cuttings on the ceiling and in the TV unit were filled up to keep away dust. The ceiling is backlit, and since the false ceiling hangs from chains, it is easy to change the lights as well.
Foyer and pooja
The pooja space has been arranged in the foyer as per the wishes of the family. The door, crafted in multi wood is painted in antique finish. The palm and foot prints of Sudheer and Ragi and their two kids became an adornment in the foyer. This too was a surprising element in the flat which amazed the family. Besides, this also helped to hide the electrical box.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in the house. Wooden flooring is done in the master bedroom. A projector is set on the wall here as the family enjoys movies. A suave analog digital LED clock on the wall of the guest bedroom is one of the highlights. On the ceiling of the kids' bedroom, foot ball design in black and white is painted on wood. Their names embossed on plastic plate similar to the number plates on vehicles, adorn the bedroom door.
