Joy Kuriakose and family who are settled in Qatar had always dreamed to build a house of their own at their hometown in Mudakuzha junction near Perumbavoor, Kerala. “We had been looking at countless houses for references when we decided to build our home in Kerala. The construction began after doing a lot of home work. In the new house, prominence has been given to a stylish elevation and other amazing amenities,” says Joy.
The beautiful abode stands lavishly on a 50 cents plot. The structure has been built by leaving enough space in the front so that the spectacular look of the elevation could be viewed in all its glory. The brilliantly designed landscape elevates the overall look of the house. Natural stones and grass have been paved in alternate layers in the front yard. The remaining areas have been turned into fabulous lawns where Mexican grass is grown.
Designed in 3000 sqft, this fabulous abode has a car porch, sit out, formal and family living areas, dining area, kitchen with a work area and four bedrooms. Vitrified tiles have been used for flooring in this house.
The interiors are elegantly furnished in marine ply with laminate finish. A wall in the formal living area is highlighted with attractive wall paper.
The eight seater dining table is classy and functional. The wash area and the prayer space are arranged just beside this area.
The spacious bedrooms are designed in unique themes. The gypsum false ceiling and the LED light fitting grant a charming ambience to the rooms. The kitchen, meanwhile, is furnished in the classic black and white color theme.
“We are delighted that the construction of our dream home was completed within the stipulated time. The guests are overwhelmed by the spectacular design features and amenities in the house. We feel proud when we hear their words of praise,” smiles Joy.
