There are many concerns that men and women preparing for marriage should be aware of. As for women, many of these may seem trivial or minor, but if neglected, they can lead to serious physical and mental health issues in the future. A lack of adequate attention to mental and reproductive health may result in crises later on. Conditions such as menstrual irregularities, PCOS, and hormonal imbalances should be identified and addressed as early as possible. While these health issues are common, professional guidance and support are essential.

Common, major issues
Irregular menstruation: Extremely heavy bleeding, delayed periods, or severe menstrual pain can cause endometrial and hormonal imbalances if not monitored and managed continuously.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): Hormonal imbalance, excessive hair growth, skin problems and metabolic disruptions are common. These issues may delay pregnancy and affect overall body metabolism.
