Pregnant women may have doubts about whether it is safe to have sexual intercourse during the gestational period. Experts say that pregnant women can generally enjoy sexual intercourse safely, depending on their health condition and circumstances. However, it is essential to seek the doctor’s advice before having sex during pregnancy. 

Precautions to take
1. Doctor’s advice – You should ask the doctor whether it is safe for you to have sexual intercourse during pregnancy.
2. Hygiene – Make sure to follow hygiene after intercourse. Intimate contact areas must be cleaned appropriately. It is important to be hygienic while trying different positions.
3. Medical attention – Seek immediate medical attention if you notice pain or bleeding.
