New Delhi: The BJP parliamentary board on Sunday announced Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan as the NDA’s candidate for the vice-presidential election.

BJP president J P Nadda said the decision was taken at a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi after detailed discussions. He expressed hope that opposition parties would also extend their support.
