Onam Bumper Lottery: look how much Kerala minister Isaac won!

Mulankunnathukavu, Thrissur: The 'Thiruvonam Bumper-2017' Lottery has made Kerala finance minister Thomas Isaac richer by Rs 500.

The minister received the lottery ticket from the District Labor Contracts Cooperative society in Thrissur along with an onakkodi. The lucky ticket number is RM 261142.

The society president T. G. Sajeev and other members Saturday gave the Onam gifts at the minister's guest house in Alappuzha. "In order to give away the Onam prizes, the society bought 360 tickets. From these, 10 tickets won a prize of Rs 2,000 and another 10 won Rs 500,” Sajeev said.

The bumper lottery results were announced Friday, and Muttakkaramal Musthafa of Parappanangadi claimed the first prize of Rs 10 crore. The winning lottery (No. AJ 442876) was sold by the Aiswarya sub agency in Parappanangadi in Malappuram district.

How to claim the prize-winner?

As per rules, the prize-winning ticket can be surrendered to a branch of any nationalized, scheduled or state/ district co-operative banks, located in India or abroad.

A claim application along with a copy of both sides of the ticket, two passport size photographs of the prize-winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary, self-attested copy of the PAN card, and the identity card, should also be submitted to the bank or the Lottery Directorate within two months of declaration of results.
