Thiruvananthapuram man dies after head gets stuck between lift doors

A 59-year-old man died in a freak accident after his head was stuck between lift doors in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday.

The deceased, Satheesh Kumar, a native of Ambalamukku here was working at a sanitary-ware shop here.

It is understood that Satheesh Kumar's head was stuck in a service lift and attempts by friends to rescue him had failed.

He was taken out of the lift by the Fire Force that rushed him to a hospital, but he was confirmed dead.
