Feroke: As part of the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign and Suchitwaolsavam, the Feroke Railway Station and its premises were given a thorough clean-up.
Around 100 volunteers from the NSS units of Farook Training College and Meenchanda Government Arts and Science College participated in the drive, organised in association with the Railways. The effort focused on cleaning the platform premises and areas where garbage had accumulated.
The initiative was led by Station Superintendent G S Manoj, Station Master K Ajith, District NSS Coordinator Faseel Ahammed, Railway Commercial Superintendent Shyni Varghese and NSS volunteers Shiyad Hasan, P Noushida, C A Arati and P Trishna, among others.
