Edakkara: Twin sisters Anjana and Archana, who have shared every moment of life together, have reached another milestone by securing their first government jobs at the same time
The twins, daughters of Babu and Sindhu of Thenginthottathil House in Manali near Chungathara, have realised their long-cherished dream of joining government service at the age of 30.
Archana was the first to receive an advice memo from the PSC, followed by Anjana the next day. Anjana has been appointed as a Lab Technician at Kozhikode Medical College, while Archana will serve as an Assistant Salesman at the Supplyco depot in Tirur.
From Class 1 through Plus Two, the sisters studied in the same class. After Plus Two, Archana pursued engineering, while Anjana focused on science, completing her MSc and MLT. The sisters prepared for the PSC exams together, and both have been included on several other PSC rank lists as well. Anjana is married to Jithin, while Archana’s husband is Suresh.
