Kuldeep Yadav took a five-wicket haul as India enforced follow-on against the West Indies after dismissing the visitors for 248 on day three of the second Test in Delhi on Sunday.
After declaring their first innings at a massive 518/5, India maintained their dominance over the Windies, with left-arm spinner Kuldeep doing the most damage with 5/82 from 26.5 overs. Ravindra Jadeja picked three wickets, while no Windies batter managed to make a fifty; Alick Athanaze's 41 was the highest individual score by a visiting batter.
There was no change in script as the Windies resumed their second essay, losing two wickets by Tea (35/2). Mohammed Siraj and Washington Sundar removed Tagenarine Chanderpaul (10) and Athanaze (7) respectively.
However, the visitors recovered from the early setback and finished the day strongly at 173/2. John Campbell and Shai Hope were unbeaten on 87 and 66 respectively.
India had crushed the Windies by an innings and 140 runs in the first Test at Ahmedabad. Shubman Gill is aiming for his first series win since taking over India's Test captaincy.
