Adam, who frequents the restaurant, says that at _Pathayam_ you get food that is not only tasty but healthy too. The special lunch at _Pathayam_ is popular among the foodies in the capital city. The meal includes rice, chapathi, vegetable thoran, kichadi, chutney, along with salad, payasam, and vegetable soup. A unique beverage that you can find nowhere else but in _Pathayam_ is 'jappy'. It is considered a better substitute to beverages like tea and coffee. Milk is not used in the preparation of 'jappy'.
